Gea and Nina take turns positioning themselves over the patient's face, their weight pressing him into the table. The facesitting is clinical, emotionless. Their faces remain impassive as they use his body like an object, showing no empathy or concern for his comfort. The patient remains still, submissive to their every whim.



Phase Two: Footgagging Intensifies



The doctors decide to take their footgagging to the next level. They alternate between using their feet to shove objects into his mouth and pressing their bare soles against his lips. The patient struggles, but he's powerless against their strength. Sweat beads on his forehead as he tries to keep up with their demands.

The patient leaves the exam room, his mind reeling from the events that transpired. He knows he should never have come to this session unprepared, but the thought of what might happen if he did was enough to keep him in line. For now, he wipes the vomit from his lips and vows never to return to Gea Domina.
