CHAPTER V:
Robert nodded eagerly, his entire being focused on Mxdominion and her every move. "Anything, Mxdominion," he swore. "My life, my loyalty, everything."
Mxdominion smiled, satisfied with his response. "Good," she said, her voice softening once more. "Because I need you to promise me that you will always, always be honest with me, Robert. No matter what. Because if you lie to me... well, let's just say that things won't end well for either of us."
Robert nodded solemnly, his stomach doing flips at the thought of what might happen if he were to disobey Mxdominion in any way. "I promise," he whispered, his voice barely audible.
CHAPTER VI:
Mxdominion reached out, her hand closing around Robert with a gentle but firm grip. She lifted him up, bringing his face level with her own. "Welcome to my world, Robert," she said, her voice a soft rumble in his ears. "Now let's see what kind of mischief we can get into together."
