As she sat down, Dr. Isabelita secured straps around her torso and head, immobilizing her in place. A look of pure terror crossed Raquel's face as she realized what was about to happen.

"Now, then," Dr. Isabelita purred, her eyes sparkling with malevolent delight. "Let's begin."

With that, she walked around Raquel, her heels clicking against the cold tile floor. Suddenly, she let out a low, rumbling fart that echoed through the room. The noxious gas wafted up towards Raquel's face, making her gag reflexively.
