Finally, he pushed her back onto the bed, her bare feet dangling off the edge. She could feel the cold, hard surface against her skin, making her shiver.

Bex closed her eyes, trying to block out the intruder's menacing gaze. She knew that she had to find some way to get out of this situation, but she had no idea how.

Chapter Eight: The Fear Takes Hold
