Karina lit up the cigarette, taking a long drag before exhaling a cloud of smoke in the direction of the screen. "You see these boots?" She kicked them towards the camera, spitting on the sole. "These are the boots you've given me. Used. Worthless." Her eyes narrowed to slits as she stared at the image of her slave. "But don't worry, I have a plan to make you pay."

Karina leaned in close to the camera, her mouth curling into a sinister smile. "I'm going to use my gift to humiliate you. And you're going to love every second of it." She pulled off her socks, revealing a fresh pair of dirty socks underneath. "Smell," she commanded, waving her socked foot in front of the camera. "Smell my socks."

The scent of sweat and dirt wafted through the air as the slave obeyed, inhaling deeply. "Now," Karina continued, "lick my feet." She extended her foot towards the camera, toes curling in anticipation. "Clean my foot with your tongue."

The slave hesitated for a moment before leaning forward, his tongue darting out to touch Karina's foot. She let out a satisfied hum as he began to clean her foot, his tongue tracing every inch of her skin. "That's it," she purred. "Now, show me how much you love my boots."

With a flick of her wrist, Karina tossed the other boot towards the camera. "Clean that boot too," she ordered. "Show me how much you appreciate your Mistress's gifts." The slave nodded, understanding the consequences of disobedience. Slowly, he leaned forward, his tongue tracing the contours of the boot's sole until it was squeaky clean.

Karina watched with satisfaction as her slave worked, a mischievous glint in her eye. "Good boy," she murmured, reaching down to pick up the boot. "Now, swallow my foot." She extended her foot once more, toes wiggling enticingly. "Show me how much you want to please your Queen."

The slave hesitated for a moment before leaning forward, his lips parting as he opened his mouth. Karina smiled, her heel pressing against his chin as she pushed her foot into his mouth. "That's it," she whispered, feeling his warm breath against her skin. "Swallow." And with that, she watched as her slave closed his eyes, swallowing her foot whole.

Satisfied with his obedience, Karina pulled her foot back and stepped out of her boots. "Now," she said, her voice hardening, "you have three cigarettes to redeem yourself. Prove to me that you're worthy of your Queen's attention." With that, she turned and walked away, leaving her slave to contemplate his next move.
