Happenstance

Jessica was your typical, giggling, petiteage girl next door; buxom, with a glowing complexion, and a smile that could melt even the coldest of hearts. Her favorite pastime was sharing stories on social media, often accompanied by selfies showing off her fit body. But today was different. Today, she found herself in a predicament.

As she walked home from school, she realized she'd forgotten her math homework again. Exasperated, she stormed into the house, slamming the door behind her. Her mother, who had been baking cookies, turned around, looking concerned.

"Jessica, sweetie, what's wrong?" she asked, her voice filled with warmth.

"Mom, I forgot my math homework AGAIN!" Jessica exclaimed, dramatically throwing her backpack on the floor.

Her mother sighed, trying to remain patient. "Now, Jessica, you know you're supposed to keep track of your assignments. We've talked about this before."

Jessica rolled her eyes, not wanting to hear another lecture. Instead, she trudged upstairs to her room, slamming the door behind her. As she sat on her bed, staring at the wall, she couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt for being so rude to her mother.

Suddenly, there was a loud crash coming from downstairs. Jessica jumped off the bed, curious about what could have caused it. As she listened closely, she heard her mother's panicked voice calling for help. Without hesitation, she ran downstairs to find her mother lying on the floor, surrounded by broken glass and scattered cookie dough.

"Mom! Are you okay?" she asked, rushing over to help her up.

Her mother nodded, still shaken from the fall. "I think I'm fine, dear. But what happened here?"

Jessica looked around the kitchen, trying to figure out what could have caused such a mess. That's when she noticed it: a small, glowing orb on the floor, surrounded by strange symbols. Before she could react, the orb suddenly started to hum, and the symbols began to glow brighter.

"Mom, look out!" Jessica shouted, pushing her mother out of the way just in time. A massive pillar of light erupted from the orb, engulfing the kitchen in a bright glow. When the light faded, they both looked around in awe, their minds reeling from what had just happened.

Jessica felt a strange sensation wash over her as she stepped closer to the orb. She reached out a shaky hand, feeling the warmth emanating from it. Suddenly, the symbols began to move, forming words in a language she didn't recognize. But one word stood out: "Happenstance."

"What... what does that mean?" she whispered, her heart racing.

As if in response, the orb began to pulse, and before her eyes, grew larger and larger. It wasn't long before it towered over them, dwarfing the both of them. Suddenly, a deep, booming voice echoed through the house.

"You have been chosen, Jessica. Your fate is now intertwined with that of the Happenstance."

Jessica felt herself being lifted off the ground, her body growing lighter and lighter. She looked down to see her mother, now dwarfed by the orb, staring up at her in wonder and fear. And then, she was gone, pulled into the orb and transported to a place she couldn't even begin to understand.

In this new world, she found herself standing on a hill, looking out over a vast ocean. The sky was a brilliant shade of purple, and the air was thick with magic. As she turned around, she saw a castle in the distance, its towers reaching toward the heavens. It was then that she realized she was no longer herself. She was towering over the landscape, her height stretching beyond any reasonable measure.

She looked down at her hands, only to see them shaking uncontrollably. She lifted them up, watching in awe as they loomed larger and larger before her eyes. She was a giantess, towering over everything around her.

As she made her way towards the castle, she couldn't help but feel both exhilarated and terrified. What awaited her within those walls? And how was she supposed to control these newfound abilities? One thing was clear: her life would never be the same again.

Walking up to the castle gates, she felt an overwhelming sense of purpose. She had been chosen, and she would embrace her destiny, no matter the cost. With a deep breath, she lifted the heavy gate, causing the earth beneath it to tremble. The Happenstance had chosen her, and she would never be the same again.
