She holds each shoe up, dangling it tantalizingly close to his face, before placing it on the floor with a soft thud.



The patient feels himself growing more and more terrified, but also more and more aroused. He can't deny the thrill he gets from being so close to Dr. Jeanette's feet, despite his overwhelming fear. As she steps closer, he can feel the warmth of her skin against his cheek, the soft brush of her toes against his lips.



For the first time, he opens his eyes, meeting her gaze. There's a spark of defiance in her eyes, and he realizes that this is his chance to conquer his fear. Slowly, he reaches out, his trembling fingers brushing against her ankle. She doesn't flinch, and he takes courage from her steadiness.



Tentatively, he reaches up, his lips parting in anticipation. For a moment, their eyes lock, and then he feels the soft touch of her foot against his lips. He closes his eyes, taking in the scent of her perfume, the texture of her skin. And he knows, in that moment, that he's finally facing his fear.
