Tickle Vibes - Coworkers and roommates
An Unexpected Proposal
As the clock struck six, Mary slipped out of her office and headed to the break room. She was determined to ask her coworker, Nat, for a favor. They had been friends for years but lately, things had changed. Nat had started keeping secrets from her, and Mary was convinced that she was hiding something big.
A Tense Conversation
Mary found Nat sitting at the table, her face buried in a cup of coffee. She cleared her throat, trying to muster up the courage to ask what she needed to know. "Nat," she began, "I was wondering if I could borrow some money from you."
Nat looked up at her, surprised. "Borrow money?" she repeated, setting down her cup. "Why would you need to borrow money from me?"
Mary took a deep breath. "It's for a personal reason," she said, trying to sound casual. "I just need it for a little while."
Nat narrowed her eyes, sensing that something was off. "I'm not sure about that," she said, shaking her head. "I don't think it's a good idea."
An Escalating Situation
Mary felt her heart sink. She had hoped that Nat would understand, but it seemed like she was closed off. She stood up, fists clenched at her sides. "Fine," she said, trying to keep her voice steady. "You leave me no choice."
Before Nat could react, Mary was upon her, tying her hands behind her back with lightning speed. Nat gasped in surprise, trying to break free. "What are you doing?" she demanded.
Mary stepped back, grinning. "I'm getting what I want," she replied darkly.
A Desperate Bargain
Nat's eyes widened in fear as she realized what Mary was capable of. She had always been strong, but she was no match for her friend's sudden burst of aggression. "Please," she whispered, tears welling up in her eyes. "Don't tickle me."
Mary paused, considering her options. She could make things easier on them both and just take the money she needed, but something told her that wouldn't be enough. Instead, she decided to make Nat an offer she couldn't refuse.
"Tell me where I can find the money," she growled, "and I'll spare you the tickling."
A Shocking Revelation
Nat hesitated, her mind racing. She knew that Mary could make good on her threat, but she also knew that she couldn't give in to blackmail. "I can't tell you that," she said, shaking her head.
Mary narrowed her eyes. "Then you leave me no choice," she said, reaching for a box of tissues on the table.
As she picked up the tissues, Mary's fingers brushed against a hidden compartment in the table. Her eyes widened in surprise as she felt the cool touch of metal against her skin. She pressed the button, and a secret drawer slid open. Inside was a small envelope, and inside that, a stack of cash.
A Tenuous Victory
Mary grinned, triumphant. She had gotten what she wanted, and she hadn't even had to tickle Nat. Still, something about the whole situation left a bitter taste in her mouth. She had crossed a line, and she knew it.
Nat watched in silence as Mary counted the money, her heart pounding in her chest. She had never been so scared in her life, but she couldn't deny the satisfaction she felt when Mary finally put the money away.
As Mary stood up, she turned to face Nat one last time. "Just remember," she said, her voice low and menacing. "This isn't over."
With that, Mary turned and walked away, leaving Nat alone in the break room, shaking with fear and adrenaline. Little did they know that their encounter was only the beginning of a twisted game of power and control that would continue to unfold in their lives.
