In the shadows of the city, a stealthy figure creeps up behind Chun Li. The lethal assassin, Cammy, has heard rumors of an impending operation to take down a Shadaloo installation. Determined to get to the bottom of the matter herself, she sneaks up on the unsuspecting superheroine. With a swift move, she pins Chun Li against the wall, her arm tightly wrapped around her throat.

"I've got you now, Chun Li," Cammy whispers into her ear. "You're not going anywhere."

Chun Li tries to break free from her surprisingly strong grasp, but it's no use. She gasps for air, her heart racing as she realizes she's in serious trouble. That's when Cammy reveals her plan: to extract the information she needs through tickling.

"Tickling?!" Chun Li splutters, incredulous. "That's your plan?!"

But before she can protest further, Cammy produces a feather and begins tickling Chun Li's frantically flailing feet. The superheroine howls with helpless laughter, her body shaking uncontrollably as she struggles to escape the relentless onslaught of tickles.

"Hahaha, stop! Please, Cammy!" Chun Li begs, tears streaming down her face. "You're killing me!"

Despite her desperate pleas, Cammy shows no mercy. She revels in every second of Chun Li's hilarious ordeal, her victorious grin widening as the tickling seems to be getting to the superheroine more than she can handle.

"Admit it, Chun Li," Cammy taunts. "You're not as tough as you thought you were, are you?"

Chun Li tries to appeal to some sense of honor Cammy may have, demanding that she fight her to get the information. But the ticklish captor is more than happy with the "dishonorable" means by which she has chosen to defeat her ticklish captive. Just as Chun Li is about to give up the most valuable bit of information about her operation, she threatens to tell the martial arts tournament community that Cammy is too cowardly to face her in a fair fight.

Cammy begrudgingly agrees to face her, but she still cheats by lacing Chun Li's boots with a few drops of a powerful itching solution. The stage is set for an epic showdown in the next installment of this Capcom parody. Will Chun Li finally get the better of Cammy? Or will the ticklish assassin continue to reign supreme?
