Doctor Kiara Nissei stood over her first patient of the day, a man lying on an examination table. She was dressed professional in a tight white lab coat that accentuated her curves, but there was something different about her today. The doctor leaned down, her chest almost touching the man's face as she placed a stethoscope on his chest. His eyes widened as he caught a whiff of her morning coffee and the warm, earthy scent that seemed to emanate from her very being. Suddenly, she let out a long, low rumble that started deep in her gut and shook the table beneath them.



The man gasped, his eyes widening as the doctor's fart wafted up towards his face. But instead of recoiling in disgust, he inhaled deeply, savoring the unique aroma that only came from Dr. Nissei. She smiled down at him, seeing the pleasure on his face as he absorbed her gas.



Satisfied with her test subject, Dr. Nissei moved on to her next patient. This one was an elderly woman, frail and weak but still full of life. As she approached the woman's bedside, she felt another gust of wind building up inside her.



Without hesitation, she sat down on the edge of the bed, her weight pressing down on the woman's chest. The poor woman gasped for air, her eyes bulging as she felt the heat and pressure of the doctor's fart against her face. But once again, there was no disgust, only wonder and amazement as the doctor's gas filled her lungs.



By the time Dr. Nissei had finished seeing all her patients, she felt lighter both physically and emotionally. The power she held over these people was intoxicating, and she couldn't wait to see how far she could take her newfound passion for fart therapy.
