Gaby's heart raced as she felt the first blast of wind hit her face. The smell was overwhelming, like rotten eggs and sulfur all rolled into one. Tears streamed down her cheeks, but she dared not move. Ariel's grip on her collar was like steel, and she couldn't risk further punishment.
