She wriggled free and managed to get behind Kat, locking her in a sleeper hold.

Just when she thought all hope was lost, Kat summoned up every last ounce of strength and broke free from Onyx's hold.

As Kat held Onyx in place, she reached down and removed Onyx's boots, confiscating them as a symbol of her victory. With a smug grin, she stood over Onyx, daring her to challenge her again. But for now, Onyx lay there, defeated and humiliated, her eyes filled with the realization that she had met her match in Kat Vanwylder.
