What is a punishment round? In these videos, the winner subjects the loser to their favorite humiliating and celebratory holds, often with teasing and taunting. The loser cannot resist and must simply take the "punishment" until it's over. Each punishment round lasts for five minutes (except for VeVe vs. Kat Max, which is three minutes long).

Each segment features headscissors of various types, six feature facesitting, six feature cosplay pins, and six feature camel clutches. Other holds are used uniquely or spontaneously. The participants are often slightly disheveled since they jump into the punishment rounds right after finishing their competitive contests.
