The city streets were bustling with activity as the sun began to set, casting long shadows across the sidewalks. The air was thick with the scent of freshly cooked food and exhaust fumes, mingling together in a heady mix that filled your senses. You found yourself wandering aimlessly, lost in thought as you took in the sights and sounds around you. Suddenly, you felt a tug on your shirt, followed by a soft voice calling your name. Startled out of your reverie, you turned around to find a young woman standing before you. She was short, perhaps just over five feet tall, with long, dark hair framing her delicate face. Her eyes were bright, filled with an intensity that caught your attention immediately. She smiled at you, revealing perfect white teeth that seemed to glow against her dark skin. It was then that you realized she was holding something behind her back - a large, pill-shaped object that she now brought forward hesitantly, her hands trembling slightly. "I... I think this belongs to you," she said, her voice quavering with uncertainty. You reached out tentatively to take whatever it was from her, wondering how it had ended up in her possession. As soon as you touched it, however, everything went black...

You tried to sit up but found yourself too weak to move. Looking down, you saw that you were wearing a hospital gown and that there was a tube connected to your arm. Confused and disoriented, you struggled to make sense of your surroundings. "Where am I?" you managed to croak out. "You're in our clinic," replied the man, introducing himself as Dr. Lee. "You were brought here by a young woman who found you unconscious on the street. We don't know how you got that way, but we suspect it had something to do with the pill you were given." His words sent a shiver down your spine as you remembered the feeling of being pulled into darkness. "P-p-pill?" you stammered, feeling a sense of dread creeping over you. "Yes," replied Dr. Lee, his voice full of sympathy. "It appears to be some kind of illegal drug. We're not sure what it does or how it affects people, but we do know that it's extremely dangerous."

As the doctor spoke, images flashed through your mind - images of towering figures looming over you, their faces obscured by shadows. You felt a wave of dizziness wash over you and struggled to stay focused. "T-t-t-towering?" you managed to ask, your voice barely above a whisper. Dr. Lee nodded gravely. "Yes, you mentioned seeing tall figures. That's consistent with the effects of the drug. It causes hallucinations and can lead to psychotic episodes. We're going to keep you here for observation and make sure you're stable. But for now, I suggest you rest and try to remember anything else about what happened." With that, the doctor stood up and left you alone with your thoughts. As you lay there, the images continued to swirl through your mind unbidden. Tall figures looming over you, their faces hidden in darkness. And then, suddenly, a face began to materialize out of the shadows. It was a woman - a woman unlike any you had ever seen before. Her skin was the color of rich, dark chocolate, and her eyes were like pools of liquid honey. But it was her size that truly left you breathless. She was gigantic - towering over you, filling your vision. You felt like you was being swallowed up by her, that your home was in her tummy. The thought both terrified and aroused you in equal measure...
