As the sun began to set, Zoey Ziptie found herself bound and gagged, her body completely exposed to the elements. Bob, a notorious bondage expert, had just finished the first round of her 72-hour extreme challenge. She lay sprawled on the ground, every muscle aching from the tight ropes that held her in place.
