Beneath her feet, the boardwalk creaked and groaned under the weight of her massive form. She stepped forward, feeling the wood bending and flexing beneath her feet as she made her way through the throngs of people. The smell of the salty sea air filled her nostrils, and she could hear the sound of waves crashing against the shore in the distance.
As she continued down the boardwalk, she passed by various shops and attractions. A small cart vendor selling colorful balloons looked up at her, his mouth agape as he struggled to comprehend her size. A group of petiteagers pointed and giggled as they walked by, their eyes wide with wonder.

She stopped at a carousel, watching as children rode on the colorful wooden horses. She reached down, her giant hand easily able to grasp one of the poles supporting the ride. With a gentle tug, she brought herself close enough to see the delight on the children's faces as they rode high above the ground.
A group of parents approached her, their faces lit up with curiosity. "Is it okay if we take a picture with you?" asked one of them, holding up a smartphone. "We've never seen anyone so tall before!"
Lasuenpe smiled, feeling her heart warm at their enthusiasm. "Of course," she replied, bending down so that they could all fit in the frame. They posed for several photos, with Lasuenpe towering over them all.
Feeling a sudden pang of hunger, Lasuenpe decided to explore the food vendors on the boardwalk. She approached one of the stands, her towering form casting a shadow over the entire stall. The vendor, a middle-aged woman with a wide smile, looked up at her in surprise.
"Um, can I help you with something?" she asked, trying to hide her nervousness.
"Yes," replied Lasuenpe, her voice booming through the streets. "I was wondering if you had anything to eat that could satisfy a goddess' appetite."
The woman's eyes widened in surprise, but she quickly regained her composure. "Well, we have some freshly cooked hot dogs, or if you're feeling adventurous, you could try our giant crab cakes."
Lasuenpe chuckled at the irony of the offer. "I think I'll start with the hot dogs," she said, reaching out her hand to claim a pair of the foot-long sausages. As she bit into one, juices dripped down her chin, painting a messy trail on her t-shirt.
People continued to stare, some in awe, some in fear, but most in curiosity. Lasuenpe knew that she would never truly blend in with the humans, but for now, she was content to wander the boardwalk, enjoying the sights and sounds of their world from her towering perspective.
