He requests help but she, although not denying it, informs him that their basic package doesn't include extra assistance and that if he wants any help, he'll have to pay an extra fee.



He becomes angry, frustrated at the situation that's not even his fault, but Eva remains unmoved by his pleas. She explains the company policy and reminds him that if he doesn't pay within the next twenty minutes, she'll have no choice but to dispose of him—likely by swallowing him whole so there's no trace left behind.



Eva leans in, placing one of her massive breasts against him to silence him and make her point clear: in twenty minutes, she'll be seeing another patient, and if he hasn't decided to pay up by then, she'll have no choice but to devour him. She pulls back, giving him just enough air to speak, and warns him one last time that if he doesn't cooperate, she'll have no choice but to make him disappear.



She holds her tongue close to his face, slowly bringing it towards hers until he's completely engulfed within her mouth. As she savors this twisted form of torture, Eva informs him that he still has time to avoid being swallowed alive if he's willing to cooperate. Reluctantly, he gives in and provides her with his bank account details.



Once she has the information, she pulls him out of her mouth and assures him that despite having no intention of covering any expenses, she'll still keep all of his money. He protests her mocking laughter, lashing out at her for thinking she has the right to take advantage of him just because he's rich.



But Eva simply shrugs—after all, he's the one who thought he could buy anything he wanted, including her help. Now, all he has is her mercy—and even that's in short supply. With a cruel smile, she tells him that for now, his only option is to live inside of her ass while she continues with her work—professional, vital, and of course, spending every last cent of his unfortunate and ill-mannered patient.



Eva introduces her new "guest" to the world between her ass cheeks, leaning on the desk as she awaits her next patient. It's only a matter of time before her assistant informs her over the earpie that her next client is waiting outside. She stands up, asking him to enter and take a seat in front of the desk.



As she prepares for her next session, Eva's thoughts drift back to her helpless victim, trapped inside of her.
