The violinist considered her words for a moment. Then, with a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes, he untied her and helped her to her feet.



"You've learned your lesson," he said, his voice still cold. "But remember, power is a double-edged sword. Use it wisely, or it will use you."



And with that, he left the room, leaving Kira to process the events of the past few minutes. She felt a mix of emotions: shame, embarrassment, and, strangely enough, excitement. She knew that she would never forget this lesson, or the man who had taught it to her.
