The Landlord's Ultimatum: Feet or Fees
A Desperate Bargain
Sweating bullets, I stare at the red notice taped to my door. My rent is due, and I've got nothing to show for it. As the clock ticks, my stomach churns with dread. The last thing I need is a lecture from my landlord about being irresponsible.
I steel myself for the worst and open the door, immediately confronted by his stern gaze. He's always been strict but fair, and I know I've pushed my luck this time. I bite my lip, mustering up the courage to explain my situation.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Landlord," I begin, my voice unsteady. "I know I'm late with the rent, but I promise I'll make it up to you. Can we work something out?"
His face softens slightly, and he folds his arms across his chest. "I'm willing to give you one more chance, Carmen," he says, his tone heavy with reluctance. "But if you're late again, there'll be consequences."
I nod vigorously, grateful for this second chance. "I understand, sir. I won't let you down."
The Ultimatum
As he turns to leave, he pauses and clears his throat. "You know, Carmen," he says, his voice low and almost hypnotic. "I've always had my eye on those beautiful feet of yours. Why don't you let me worship them for an extension on your late fee?"
My heart stops. It's a ridiculous request, but I'm desperate. "I... I don't know, Mr. Landlord," I stammer. "That's kind of... strange."
He smirks, a glint of mischief in his eyes. "Call it a bargain, Carmen. Feet or fees. It's your decision."
With a deep breath, I make the most difficult decision of my life. "Alright, Mr. Landlord," I whisper, my voice trembling. "You can have your... bargain."
My whole body feels alive with anticipation as I kick off my shoes, revealing my sexiest pair of stockings. I take a deep breath, steeling myself for what's to come. Slowly, I uncross my legs, letting him see the full extent of my offering. His gaze drops to my feet, and I can practically feel the heat radiating from them.
Worship and Release
He moves closer, his breath hot against my skin. His hands caress my ankles, sending shivers down my spine. With gentle but firm pressure, he pushes me back onto the couch, forcing me to spread my legs further. My heart is racing as he kneels before me, his face inches from my glistening feet.
His lips brush against the arch of my foot, sending waves of pleasure coursing through my body. He kisses each toe, sucking on them like they're the sweetest treat he's ever tasted. I grip the armrests, trying to steady myself as his tongue traces circles around my ankle.
Finally, after what feels like an eternity, he looks up at me, his eyes filled with passion and adoration. He leans forward and whispers in my ear, "You're worth every second, Carmen. Your feet are an absolute masterpiece."
I feel a twinge of sadness as he stands up, pulling away from my feet. But then he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a rolled-up wad of cash. My eyes widen as I see the amount. It's enough to cover my rent and then some. A thrill of excitement runs through me as I realize the power I hold over him with my feet.
The Climax
Grinning from ear to ear, I take the money and tuck it safely into my purse. "Thank you, Mr. Landlord," I say, my voice sultry. "I'm glad we could come to this... arrangement."
His face flushes red, but he nods, unable to meet my eyes. "Yes, well," he stammers. "Just make sure it doesn't happen again, Carmen."
