Abduction
Taylor's brother was nowhere to be found, and she knew why. He owed money to the wrong people. It was only a matter of time before they came knocking at her door. As she walked home, she sensed something amiss. Suddenly, a van pulled up beside her, and before she could react, strong arms grabbed her from behind.
Captured
Taylor struggled against her captors but was no match for their strength. They dragged her into the back of the van, where it was dark and claustrophobic. Her heart pounded in her chest as they drove away from her home and into an unknown location.
Angry and Bitter
Taylor sat bound and gagged in the pitch-black room, trying to comprehend what was happening. She demanded to know why they had taken her and insisted they release her immediately. But no one replied. The more she struggled against her restraints, the angrier she became.
As time passed, Taylor's anger began to boil over. She kicked and thrashed, desperate to break free from the ropes that held her tight. But it was no use; they only seemed to tighten around her wrists and ankles. She spat out the gag, trying to clear her mind, but was immediately gagged again with a thick piece of cloth stuffed in her mouth and tape wrapped tightly around her head.
Phone Calls
In another part of the building, the men who had captured Taylor were making phone calls. They spoke in hushed tones, their voices echoing through the empty halls. Taylor couldn't hear what they were saying, but she could feel the tension in the air.
Suddenly, the room fell silent. Taylor strained against her bonds, unsure of what was happening. Moments later, the door creaked open, and a man stepped inside. His eyes met hers, and for a split second, she saw a glimmer of pity. But it was quickly replaced by a cold, hard stare. He approached her slowly, his footsteps echoing in the empty room.
Re-captured
The man grabbed Taylor by the arm, yanking her from the floor. She screamed into her gag, her body arching away from him. He pushed her back down onto the floor and pulled out the knife from his belt. For a moment, Taylor thought he was going to kill her. But instead, he cut through the ropes that bound her wrists and ankles.
She sat up, rubbing her wrists and ankles where the ropes had left deep red marks. The man approached her again, this time pulling the gag from her mouth. She gasped for air, trying to catch her breath. "Where is your brother?" he demanded.
Defiance
Taylor glared at him, her eyes blazing with anger. "I don't know where he is," she spat out. "And you have no right to treat me like this." The man grabbed her by the hair and yanked her head back, forcing her to look him in the eye.
"You will tell me where your brother is," he growled. "Because if you don't, I will make you wish you had never been born." Taylor tried to pull away, but his grip was like steel. She felt tears welling up in her eyes, but she refused to let them fall.
Confrontation
For what seemed like hours, the man questioned Taylor, demanding to know her brother's whereabouts. But she remained silent, refusing to give him the information he sought. Finally, he stood up, his face a mask of frustration and anger.
"You leave me no choice," he said, his voice low and threatening. "You will pay for your brother's mistakes." Before she could react, he grabbed her by the throat and slammed her against the wall, leaving a clear impression of her bound body in the plaster.
Escape
As he let go of her throat, Taylor took advantage of the situation. She pushed him away, stumbling backwards. He reached for her again, but she was too quick. She dashed towards the door, her heart pounding in her chest. She twisted the handle and flung the door open, running down the hallway as fast as she could.
Behind her, she heard footsteps closing in. She didn't dare look back, knowing that if she did, she might not make it out alive. Her heart felt like it was going to explode from her chest as she rounded a corner and saw the exit sign ahead.
Freedom
With all the strength left in her, Taylor pushed open the door and stumbled outside, gasping for air. She looked around, trying to get her bearings. It was still dark, but she could see the outline of trees in the distance. She started running towards them, not looking back.
As the trees grew closer, Taylor felt a sense of relief wash over her. She had escaped. But she knew that her brother's troubles were far from over. And deep down, she wondered if she would ever truly be free from the nightmares that haunted her.
