A tiny creature leaps out of her cigarette and begins to wriggle around on her lap. Dream tries to catch it, but her giant hands prove to be clumsy and ineffective. The tiny creature quickly ties itself to her, binding her hands and feet together.
Dream struggles to free herself, but the more she moves, the tighter the creature's grip becomes. Finally, she collapses to the ground, helpless and vulnerable. The tiny creature looks up at her with a mischievous glint in its eye, as if daring her to try and escape its grasp.
As Dream lies there, trapped by the tiny creature's cunning, she can't help but feel a strange mix of fear and arousal coursing through her body.
