Nurse Eve helps Shrunken Doctor 2
As the lights flicked off in the laboratory, Dr. Williams felt a sudden surge of excitement. His life's work was about to reach its climax. He had been working tirelessly to perfect a serum that would allow him to control human growth, and tonight was the night he would unveil his masterpiece.
But as he stood before his audience, clutching his test tube tightly, something went horribly wrong. There was a flash of light, and when it cleared, Dr. Williams was no longer standing before them. Instead, he was lying on the floor, shrunken down to the size of a doll.
It was then that Nurse Eve stepped forward, her heels clicking against the linoleum floor. She knelt beside the miniature doctor, her face a mask of concern.
"Doctor, are you alright?" she asked, her voice a gentle rumble in his ears. He looked up at her, his heart racing in his chest. She was like a towering goddess, her every movement echoing through the room.
Without a word, Nurse Eve scooped up the tiny doctor and carried him to her office. She placed him on her desk, his head barely reaching the edge, and grabbed a magnifying glass.
"Now, tell me what happened," she commanded, her voice deep and authoritative. The doctor swallowed hard, his throat suddenly dry.
"I... I went too far," he stammered, his voice barely audible even through the magnifying glass. "The serum was supposed to make people grow, not shrink them."
Nurse Eve nodded, her expression unreadable. "I see," she said, her voice calm but stern. She reached down and gently brushed a lock of hair from his face. "It's alright, doctor. We'll figure this out together."
As the hours passed, Nurse Eve worked tirelessly to find a way to reverse the effects of the serum. The doctor watched helplessly from his perch on her desk, his heart pounding every time she moved.
Finally, as the sun began to set, Nurse Eve stood up and straightened her back. She looked down at the shrunken doctor, a small smile playing at the corners of her lips.
"I think I've found a way," she said, her voice echoing in the empty room. The doctor's heart leaped with hope.
"But," she continued, "it's going to take some time. And in the meantime, I think you'll need a place to stay. Somewhere safe, where no one can harm you."
She reached down and picked him up, cradling him in her palm like a fragile bird. Then, with a soft chuckle, she placed him on her desk and leaned over him, her face close enough to touch.
"Consider this your new home, doctor," she said, her voice low and hypnotic. "Until you're big enough to take care of yourself again."
And with that, Nurse Eve turned and walked away, leaving the shrunken doctor alone in her office. As the darkness closed in around him, he couldn't help but wonder what kind of home she had in mind.
