As she devoured the chocolates, Isabelita's stomach began to rumble ominously, signaling the arrival of a familiar discomfort. "Oh no," she groaned, clutching her bulging belly. The sweet taste of chocolate had turned sour, leaving her with a gassy, uncomfortable ache. Undeterred, she kept eating, unaware of the havoc she was wreaking upon her insides.
Soon, Isabelita's attempts to contain her farts became futile. Each cheek puff and belly rumble added to the cacophony of noises emanating from her swollen belly.
