Cursed by Love
The Waiting Game
Sophie couldn't contain her excitement as she waited for her ex-boyfriend, Jack, and his new girlfriend. She had curse the door to her old house, ensnaring anyone who dared cross its threshold. The plan was simple: lure them into her trap, watch them shrink to a tiny size, and then stomp them into oblivion.
Her heart raced as she heard the faint sound of footsteps approaching. She stood still, her muscles tense, ready to pounce. The door creaked open, and there they were - Jack and his new lover. They didn't notice the change in the air, unaware of the danger that loomed over them.
Sophie watched as Jack led his new girlfriend towards the center of the room. She couldn't help but feel a twisted sense of satisfaction at seeing him so happy with someone else. But it was short-lived. As she took a step towards them, her boots clunking against the hardwood floor, time seemed to slow down. Her heart pounded in her ears, drowning out all other sounds.
In the next moment, she was upon them. Jack and his girlfriend looked up at her, their eyes wide with fear. They tried to run, but it was no use. Sophie reached down and grabbed them both by the collars of their shirts, pulling them close. Tears streamed down her face as she looked into their terrified eyes.
"I can't accept our breakup," she whispered hoarsely. "You're supposed to be mine."
With a cold, calculating smile, she raised her foot high into the air. The leather of her thigh-high boots creaked as she brought it down hard, crushing them beneath her heel. They shrieked in pain, their cries muffled by the thick leather.
Over and over again, Sophie stomped on them, grinding them into the floor. She felt a strange mix of pleasure and pain coursing through her veins. It was exhilarating, knowing that she had the power to reduce them to nothing. But it also hurt, deep down inside.
As she finally stopped, panting heavily, she looked down at the two tiny figures beneath her boots. A sense of accomplishment washed over her, but it was short-lived. She knew that this wasn't the end. There would be other men, other women, who would try to take what was hers. And she would be waiting for them, ready to protect her territory at all costs.
