Rico and Lora have been struggling to keep their relationship afloat since Rico was diagnosed with a shrinking virus. To make matters worse, Lora has been working late hours at the office to help pay for Rico's expensive medication. One fateful day, Rico tries to surprise his wife by cleaning the house while she's at work. But when he steps on something hard in the living room, little did he know that it would change his life forever.
As Lora walks into her office building, she feels a strange bulge in her shoe. Unbeknownst to her, it's her husband Rico, who has miraculously managed to shrink himself into the tiniest of sizes. She continues with her day, unaware of the microscopic world unfolding around her.
Meanwhile, Rico's boss Jake has been eyeing Lora for quite some time. Today, he decides to make his move. As he steps on the floor, he feels something hard beneath his feet. To his surprise, it's a tiny figure – Rico! Jake leans in to get a closer look and realizes what's happening. With a smirk on his face, he picks up the minuscule man and places him on his desk. Little does he know that this innocent act will set off a chain of events that will change all of their lives forever.
Back at home, Rico tries desperately to get Lora's attention. He starts to grow anxious as he watches her interact with Jake without any idea of what's going on. His heart sinks as he realizes that she might be falling for his boss. But just when all hope seems lost, something extraordinary happens...
