As I stepped through the door, my eyes widened in disbelief at the sight before me. My patient, who had been begging for me to fulfill his darkest fantasy of being shrunk, stood in my bedroom, a mischievous grin plastered across his face. His hands were clasped tightly behind his back, nervously waiting for my reaction.
"What do you think you're doing here?" I demanded, my voice dripping with anger. It was inappropriate for him to sneak into my house, but he had begged for this moment. The thrill of power and control coursed through my veins as I contemplated his fate.
"You know what I want," he whispered, his eyes fixed on the floor. "Please, Mz. Kim... fulfill my fantasy."

I stepped closer, towering over him, and watched as he began to tremble uncontrollably. "Now that you're the size I want you to be," I purred, my voice low and menacing, "it's time to play."
I grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and lifted him off the ground, holding him in front of me like a helpless doll. His pleading eyes met mine, filled with fear and desperation. "You wanted to be smaller," I hissed, "and now you're going to pay the price."
With that, I began to walk slowly around him, taking in the terrified expression on his face. I could see the beads of sweat forming on his brow, the trembling of his body as he awaited his fate. And then, without warning, I leaned down and began to whisper into his ear.
"You're going to get your wish," I whispered, my warm breath sending shivers down his spine. "But you're not going to like it."
And with that, I dropped him to the ground, watching as he struggled to keep his balance on his tiny feet. The look of horror on his face was priceless as he realized what was about to happen.
With a smile, I stepped back and admired my handiwork. My patient, once a towering giant of a man, was now nothing more than a speck on the ground. A shiver ran down my spine as I thought about the power I held over him, the ability to make him suffer or bring him pleasure.
As he staggered towards me, I could see the desperation in his eyes. He knew that he was at my mercy, and that I could do whatever I wanted to him. And that's when I made my move.
