The Long Month
After spending a long and exhausting day at work, Jane finally made it home. She plopped down on the couch, slipped off her heels, and kicked off her skirt. She sighed heavily as she rested her head against the soft cushion, closing her eyes as they began to flutter shut. It had been a particularly stressful month, filled with long hours and demanding clients. She needed this break more than anything.As she began to drift off to sleep, Jane's mind wandered back to her childhood. She remembered how her grandmother used to tell her stories about Giants. Stories that made her feel safe and protected. She couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to be held by one of those gentle giants, feeling their warmth and strength. Panicked, she ran up the stairs to find out what had happened. As she turned the corner, she was met with the sight of her oversized roommate, Emily. Emily was a gentle giantess, standing at an imposing 30 feet tall. She had stumbled into the wall while trying to clear some of her belongings out of the walkway. Jane couldn't help but feel drawn to Emily's giant form. She approached her slowly, reaching up to touch the soft skin on her arm. Emily's eyes widened in surprise, but she didn't pull away. Instead, she reached down and picked Jane up, cradling her like a doll against her massive chest. Jane felt her heart racing as she looked up at Emily, her eyes filled with wonder.[/i]
"Is everything okay, Emily?" Jane asked softly. Emily nodded, her eyes glistening with tears. She was used to making others feel small, but never had she felt so helpless herself. "I just can't seem to get a handle on my size lately," she confessed, her voice shaking. Jane gently laid her hand on Emily's cheek, feeling the warmth of her skin against her palm.[/i]
"I've always dreamt of what it would be like to be held by someone like you," Jane whispered, her voice barely audible. Emily's eyes widened in surprise, but before she could respond, Jane leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips. Emily's eyes fluttered closed as she returned the kiss, her arms slowly wrapping around Jane in a protective embrace. As they stood there, lost in their shared moment, they didn't notice the tiny clock on the mantle ticking away the long month they had left together.[/i]
