As Sabrina, the youthful doctor, sinks into her chair at the hospital, she can't shake off the intense discomfort in her gut. The faint scent of antiseptic and the hum of the machines around her only serve to heighten her senses. She feels a rumble deep within her, but pushes it aside, burying herself in her patients' charts.
However, the pain becomes increasingly unbearable, and before she knows it, her body betrays her. With a loud sigh, she leans back in her chair, letting her eyes close in surrender to the sensation. Her hands clench the armrests tightly, knuckles turning white from the effort of keeping herself composed.
And then, without warning, they erupt. Long, bubbling farts escape her tightly-clenched ass, causing her face to turn crimson with embarrassment. But the relief is immediate, and she finds herself grinning in spite of herself. One by one, the farts escape her, filling the otherwise sterile environment with their pungent scent.
Despite the thrill of releasing herself so publicly, Sabrina knows she can't let anyone catch her in this compromising position. She straightens her back, trying to act as if nothing has happened. But the smell lingers in the air, taunting her. And she knows that if anyone were to walk in on her now, they would see her for who she truly is: a woman with a body that betrays her at the most inopportune moments.
