Rserg2 - Twins: a contract slave Day5.2
The sound of heavy footsteps echoed through the sterile halls of the facility, gradually growing louder until a figure appeared around the corner. She was tall, towering over even the tallest humans, and her every step reverberated through the stone floor, shaking the very foundations of the building. Her body was adorned with polished metal plating, covering every inch of her skin save for a few strategic openings that revealed glimpses of her cybernetic enhancements. Her face was hidden behind a featureless helmet, but the intensity of her gaze could be felt even from behind the tinted visor.
Her name was Giganticess, and she was the most feared and respected member of the Twins Mercenary Corps. She had been assigned to oversee the training of the latest batch of recruits, and her no-nonsense approach had already earned her a reputation for being both ruthless and fair.
As she stalked down the hall, her eyes scanned the rows of identical pods that lined the walls. Each one contained a youthful man, asleep and connected to a complex network of cables and wires. The hum of machinery filled the air, and the fluorescent lights flickered in time with her footsteps.
Giganticess stopped in front of one particular pod, her gaze fixed on the occupant within. She reached out with a gloved hand and traced a finger along the clear plastic dome that covered his face. Inside, the youthful man's chest rose and fell slowly, his breathing shallow and rhythmic.
"Number Twenty-Five," she said softly, her voice echoing through the empty room. "You are the weakest of your batch. But you have potential. If you want to survive this program, you will need to prove yourself."
With that, she turned and stalked away, her footsteps reverberating once more as she disappeared around the corner. Inside the pod, Number Twenty-Five's heart skipped a beat, his mind racing with both fear and determination. He couldn't help but wonder what horrors awaited him in the coming days. But one thing was certain: he would not go down without a fight.
