Lola Montez, a fiery Spanish explorer, has finally found the mythical Golden Skull of San Dildo. The apartment she's in reeks of mystery as she approaches the table, her heart racing. As her hand grazes over the table, she feels a tingle of excitement course through her veins. Her eyes widen as they land on the glimmering skull, and without hesitation, she reaches out to grab it.
A sudden burst of light fills the room, and Lola's eyes snap open. She's tied head to toe in tight, unforgiving ropes! The statue is nowhere to be seen—neither is Miguel Nevada, the rival relic hunter whose apartment she's in. Lola struggles against her bonds, her mind racing with confusion and fear. Was it all just a figment of her imagination? Or has the curse of the Golden Skull finally taken hold?
Despite her best efforts to break free, Lola can't move an inch. Her heart pounding in her chest, she looks around for something—anything—that can help her escape. But there's nothing. She's trapped, and it seems like she's going to be like this for a very long time.
As she sits there, bound and gagged, the reality of her situation sinks in. The curse of the Golden Skull has claimed another victim, and this time, it's her.
