Tied to a cot in the basement
The atmosphere in the basement was thick with anticipation and fear. Kate, a woman clad only in her panties, was bound tightly to a cot, her wrists and ankles secured to the metal frame. She struggled against her restraints, her body straining against the ropes that held her captive. Every muscle in her body tensed as she tried to free herself, but the knots were too tight, and the rope cut into her skin.
Suddenly, the door swung open, and a man entered the room. He was tall and imposing, dressed in a suit that draped over his broad shoulders. His eyes scanned the room, taking in every detail of Kate's helpless form. Without a word, he reached into a bag and pulled out a length of rope. Deft fingers worked quickly, tying it around her body, securing her even more firmly to the cot.
Kate's eyes were wide with terror as she watched him approach. He loomed over her, his face a mask of indifference. Without warning, he yanked the gag from her mouth, and she let out a muffled scream. He chuckled darkly and pulled a rolled-up newspaper from his pocket. Unfolding it, he revealed a length of soft cloth, which he used to gag her once more.
The man stood back, surveying his handiwork. Kate was completely immobilized now, tied down to the cot in her underwear. She was at his mercy, and he could do whatever he wanted to her. As he turned to leave the room, he paused for a moment, a sly grin spreading across his face. "I'll be back soon, Kate," he whispered, his voice a low rumble in the silence. And with that, he closed the door behind him, leaving her alone to wonder what horrors lay in store.
